How on earth are these diapers so soft?
We use higher-quality fabric. It's not stiff or scratchy, even when wet. Less chemical processing and bleaching keeps its natural softness intact.
What did you do to make Bomboms leak-proof?
We spent years developing a super-absorbent, eco-friendly core and innovative fit system. Built-in leak guards catch anything extra that would be a blowout in other brands. With the proper fit, Bomboms can last through the night.
Why are Bomboms less likely to cause irritation and rashes?
You’ll notice Bomboms don’t have that typical diaper smell. That’s because we don't use weird, irritating chemicals. Our moisture-wicking micro pearls and breathable design keeps skin dry and comfy, too.
Does Bombom test on animals?
Nope. We are fully PETA certified cruelty-free and vegan.
Do you use sustainably-sourced materials?
Yes, we made sure our suppliers adhere to strict manufacturing processes, including FSC-certification. This means that the wood fluff in our absorbent core comes from sustainably managed forests.
What do you mean when you say Bomboms are non-toxic?
We’ve opted for elemental chlorine free processing. This means that harmful dioxins, which are known carcinogens, are not present in our diapers.
How do I know if I have the right size diaper?
Bomboms work their best when they're the proper fit. How can you tell?
Not too tight around your baby’s tummy.
The waistband should have a little space, not digging or constricting it. You should be able to just slip a finger underneath it.
No gapping around the legs.
Fasten the tabs a bit tighter and sit the diaper a little higher up on the waist to prevent gaping No matter how absorbent our diapers are, the mess can still slip out of a big hole!
Leave a little space around the bum.
Make sure the diaper isn't giving your baby a wedgie. There should be some room there so the diaper can catch the mess instead of forcing it all the way up your baby’s back.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.
When will my card be charged?
When you order your trial, you’ll be charged a small shipping fee. When the tenth day of your trial period is up, your card will be charged for your first monthly box. After that, it will be charged every thirty days unless you change the frequency in your Bombom account. Don’t worry, we’ll always let you know before we charge your card.
Will I be charged any taxes?
Depending on where you live, taxes may or may not be applicable. We tally this for you on based on your location information and it will be detailed during the checkout process and in your order receipts, too.
Is this one of those trial-becomes-a-subscription things?
Yep -- but, with a twist. Unlike a lot of other subscription services, you’re in total control of your payment schedule. We won’t charge your card without letting you know, first. It’s nuts that so many companies take your money like that. We won’t.
What do I get in the trial?
You’ll receive three of our soft-as-clouds diapers.
How long is the trial period?
Ten days. The countdown starts when either Fedex or Canada Post marks your package as “Delivered” in their tracking system. This includes weekends and holidays, too.
What if there’s something wrong with my trial?
If your trial was damaged in transit or there’s something missing, take a picture and send it to email@example.com. We’ll get you sorted out fast!
What if I’m not satisfied with my trial?
Then please tell us! We stand by our diapers 100%. If you’re unhappy for any reason, let us know and we’ll make it right. Find us on live chat to see what we can do for you.
I’m pregnant right now, can I still get a sample?
Yes! Your full membership will be paused until you've had your baby. We’ll send you a reminder before your first month is processed -- no surprise charges from us. Congrats, by the way! Wishing you a healthy, happy pregnancy and delivery.
What’s included in the monthly box?
You’ll get a carefully calculated month of diapers, plus a few extras. We base the amounts on how many diapers the average baby goes through at that stage. The quantity varies by size:

Can I order more than one box per month?
Yep. Log into your account and adjust your box quantities. You can also get in touch with us on live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of it for you, too.
Can I change my shipping date or skip a month altogether?
Of course! Log into your account to push back your shipping date, move it forward, or even skip a month if you need to.
Once I’m a member, how long can I delay shipments for?
You can delay your next shipment for up to six months from your last shipment processing date.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Our service is 100% flexible. Cancel or postpone your shipment any time, no problem. You can do it yourself from your Bombom account, or get in touch with us via live chat, email, or social media.
How does cancellation work?
We heard some other companies make you phone them and sit on hold for ten years to cancel an online service. This isn’t the ‘90s! You can cancel your membership yourself from your Bombom account. You can always get in touch with us to do it for you, too, if you’d like: live chat, email, social media DM. Welcome to the 21st century!
Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s been processed?
Unfortunately, no. However, we’ll give you plenty of warning before your box is ready so you’ll be able to get to it before that even happens.
How much does shipping cost?
It’s totally free shipping on your monthly boxes. For a trial, it’s $5.00 USD if your shipping address is in the United States, and $5.00 CAD if your shipping address is in Canada.
Where do you ship to and how long does it take?
Right now, we ship to the continental US and Canada. Take a look at this handy shipping map to see how long it takes to get to your area. You can also track your order from your account, too.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
At the moment, we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. Please stay tuned -- we’re working hard on making this affordable so we can serve those areas as we grow.
What shipping company do you use?
We use Fedex for US deliveries and Canada Post for Canadian deliveries.
How do I know my order has shipped and is on its way?
We send a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How can I track my package?
We provide your tracking number by email. It’s also available in your Bombom account, too.
My tracking number isn’t working. What’s up?
Sometimes, the Fedex and Canada Post systems take a bit of time to update. If you don’t see any info there in 24 hours, drop us a linel and we’ll find out what’s going on for you.
My tracking info shows my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Get in touch with us right away and we’ll help you! We’ll take it up with either Fedex or Canada Post. After we file a lost package claim with them, we’ll make sure to send out your replacements ASAP.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
What is the return policy?
Your return must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You can drop your return off at a Fedex location if you’re in the US, or a Canada Post location if you’re in Canada. Your return must also be unopened, unused, and undamaged. No used diapers, please!
How long does the return process take?
Returns can take up to 10 business days to complete.
How can I get a return label?
If you’re an active Bombom member, we’ll send you a return label free of charge -- just live chat us or email email@example.com and we’ll take care of it for you. If you’ve cancelled your account, you’re responsible for paying any fees incurred while sending us your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed on our end. Depending on your bank, it can take up to an additional 5 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account. Please get in touch with us if you don’t see it there by then and we’ll help!
Can I get a refund on a different form of payment?
Unfortunately not. Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment only.
How do exchanges work?
First, if you’re an active member, get in touch with us so we can send you a return label free of charge and we can authorize the exchange. It must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. It also must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, too. No used diapers, please! Your replacement items will be sent out in your next monthly box.
How do referrals work?
In your Bombom account, you’ll find a referral link that you can send to your friends. When they use your link to sign up and their first monthly box is charged successfully, you’ll both receive a $20 account credit. For the finer details, please see our Terms.
Do referral credits expire?
Yep, 12 months after they’ve been issued. We’ll remind you when they’re getting close to expiration, though, so you don’t miss out.
How do I redeem my referral credits?
They’re automatically applied to your next monthly box. Easy!
Can I build up my referral credits and use a bunch in a single month to get a completely free box?
Yep! Any leftover credit balance will be applied automatically to your next monthly box.
Is there a limit on how many referral credits I can earn?
Nope! Have at it.
