Naughty Dog has said it is open to the idea of making a new Crash, but whether or not that happens remains to be seen.

Sony Fans Are Furious About a Crash Bandicoot Xbox Avatar

Aaron Greenberg updated his profile picture to show his appreciation for the Sony character Crash Bandicoot coming to the Xbox platform. The internet reacted with some strong opinions on the matter and as a rebuttal, people are now updating their avatars to include Crash Bandicoot and follow suit. Xbox Crash Bandicoot games are going to be a big question going forward as the character, once a Sony mascot is now owned by Xbox. Many wonder who owns Crash Bandicoot now because of the mascot being such a known quantity for the Sony brand for so long.
